I believe God places us where we are, with the people we are with, who all have unique passions and gifts. Together we serve to make a difference in our community.

 

I believe my gift in leadership is in enabling and supporting others to use their gifts in serving God and reaching our community.

 

Mother Teresa, a symbol of love and service, once said, 'I can do the things you cannot, you can do the things I cannot. Together we can do great things.' This quote emphasizes the power of love in fostering collaboration and unity, which I believe are essential elements of effective leadership.

We all have a role to play in establishing His will 'on earth as it is in heaven' (Matt. 6:10).
